The N&N Way
At your request, one of our specialists will visit your property in order to discuss your building project with you. This helps us to create a connection with you - something that is a vital part of our process and which allows us to provide you with a personalised service.
Our specialist will then perform a survey on your property and provide you with a free quote on the project costs and timeframe. This is an indicative costing of labour, building materials and any further requirements for the project.
Once terms are agreed, you will meet with our expert architects and interior designers to fine tune the specific details of your project. This will make sure that your home looks precisely how you imagined it.
When you are happy with the project plan, construction can begin! Your project manager will oversee all aspects of the process and will provide you with in-depth updates on the progress of the project.
Upon completion of the project, we will provide you with a detailed review. This will ensure that all of the plan’s criteria has been met, that your home meets all building specifications and regulations, and - most importantly - that you are happy with the final result!
To finish off, we make sure that all debris from the project is cleared away and that your home is left clean and ready for you. We walk round your property with you to make sure that every inch of your home is picture perfect.
